Saved. The tiniest version still counts.

Missed-Day Reset

Missing a habit is not failure. It is information.

Which habit did I miss? Why do I think I missed it?
What did I need instead?
A kinder thought I can hold about this is… One thing I can try next time is…
Saved. Your progress is not erased by one missed day.

Streak Shame Reframe

Streaks can be motivating, but they can also create shame. This page helps reframe the all-or-nothing trap.

Gentle reframes to borrow

"My progress is not erased by a single missed day." · "Consistency includes rest." · "One small action still counts."

How do I feel when I break a streak? Where does this feeling come from? What unrealistic expectation am I holding? What would be a gentler measure of progress? What is the smallest action that would still count?
Saved. Consistency includes rest.

Supportive Routine Map

Design a routine that supports your habit, not fights it.

When and where do I want to do this habit? Which existing habit could this attach to?

Habit stacking — pair the new habit with one you already do.

What reminder or cue will prompt me?
Who or what else can support me?
What might get in the way?
Routine saved. Support beats willpower.

Habit Pattern Calendar

Your last 28 days of check-ins, as gentle dots. No streak counts, no scores — just your pattern.

Your check-ins become a weekly pattern summary — insight, not grades.

Habit Reset Plan

Create a gentle plan for your habit(s) next week. One small focus is enough.
